Phree Swearingen

Producer

A quadruple threat, Phree writes, directs, produces, and eats. He's been involved in a number of projects in addition to "The Learning Curve", including his recent opus an award winning short "What's Eating Pee Pee Wong?" Phree splits his time working in New York, Los Angeles, and Florida. He likes ice cream, is a Sagitarius, has 2 cats and 2 dogs, and many mutant powers.

Alycia Garcia

Producer

Alycia received her degree in Law from the University of Oregon so that she wouldn't have to do things like write bios or produce films.

"This movie was the hardest I've worked on since law school" she said "but infinitely more fun and rewarding." A long-time Sedaris fan she is proud to have this adaptation as the first of her produced credits.

David Dong

Screenwriter

David Dong is a zero-time Oscar Award winning writer hailing from Chicago, IL. Born overseas in Taiwan, David moved to America at the tender age of eight so he could experience an idealized childhood of scraped knees, summer trips to Disney, and trying to ride big dogs like horses. He has trained, performed, and written for iO Improv as well as the infamous Second City Chicago. His dream is to one day revisit this bio and edit the number in the opening sentence.

Quyen Tran

Cinematographer

Tahnee Gehm

Animator

Animation is magic-- therefore Tahnee is an animagician! She graduated with a BFA in Character Animation from CalArts in 2012. While not doodling, she loves to tinker with technology and play violin and piano.

Her thesis film "Can We Be Happy Now" was nominated for a Student Annie in 2012.
